Around its launch in June last year, Google plus had the world skeptical about its success as no one knew how the internet community would react to the entrance of another social media site.  In just a month of its launch, it reached an alarming 20 million users becoming the fastest growing social media site ever. The sudden popularity of G+ attracted many businesses to use it as an effective marketing platform.

With the constantly increasing popularity of social media sites world over, the use of social media as a marketing tool is on the rise. Facebook is very content with its position at the top of the list.

A site which opened to the public just over 5 years ago, Facebook has managed to create a customer base of over 800 million and still counting. Facebook has so many people that if it was a country it would be the third most populated in the world. There are other similar statistics which tell us more about the dominance of facebook as a social tool, but we are already familiar with that.

  • Why should the customer join my website? (or ‘Like’ in case of Facebook)
  • Why should the customer be actively involved with my website?

Our Team Lead from Q3 was in Chicago with AMB this week. We have been involved in many demonstrations and meetings with customers and partners including Microsoft. We have been asking a lot of the Q3 AMB Team and they have surpassed my expectations on deliverables and efforts to deliver new features and functions, such as the new Address Correction, Cross Database, the e-commerce website, new data sources, testing - this product is near impossible to break, and more. These have been important for all of our prospects, customers and business partnerships.

I truly thank the team for their professionalism, efforts beyond most others and retaining a great and excited attitude and work ethic. Though I must say they have worked with these ethics and strength from their first days on this project.
